With a decade of experience in the bodywork industry, Nina, the dedicated owner, and therapist, takes pride in her role of helping individuals feel their best. Her practice is continually evolving to meet the needs of her clients and the world we live in.

Nina's roots trace back to Queenstown, New Zealand, where she spent her youth and teenage years immersed in the beauty of mountains, engaging in activities like hiking, skiing, and team sports. Growing up in such an active and alpine setting, she personally experienced the transformative power of massage in relieving tensions of the body and mind.

These experiences lead Nina to pursue a career in physical therapy, where she has since been devoted to assisting people in finding relief and comfort in their bodies and lives. As massage becomes increasingly recognized as a necessity rather than a luxury, many clients find profound relief through this therapeutic practice, appreciating the dedicated care and attention given to their well-being.

At Alpine Align, our mission is to enhance clients' quality of life by alleviating pain, improving movement, and relieving everyday tension in mind, body, and soul.

To accomplish this, Nina employs a diverse range of modalities, including remedial massage, relaxation massage, myofascial cupping, dry needle therapy, joint mobilisation, and neuro assessment. Nina plans to expand her reach within the industry, and looks forward to meeting new individuals, extending her support to help them discover a greater sense of ease and well-being.
