About Alpine Align
Meet your therapist!
Hi! My name is Nina and I am a remedial massage therapist. I grew up in Queenstown, NZ and decided to move across the ditch when I was 25. Coming from an active town, I have always been interested in sports, health and wellness.
Figuring out what I wanted to do in life was really difficult for me. I had so many different interests, I wasn't sure how I was going to pick a path. I was also terrified of picking the wrong one. Once I found myself in Adelaide I decided it was time to finally start my journey to become a remedial massage therapist.
Being a therapist is something that I have always wanted to do. Injuries were second nature to me, always getting hurt in every sport. After receiving massages for injuries and headaches during my teenage years, I knew I wanted to help people feel the same sense of relief that I got.
So here I am!

What's in the name?
Alpine Align is a name I have had stored away for years. I would constantly check if it had been taken, now that I am finally ready, its all mine!
- Alpine - I grew up in Queenstown, NZ and was lucky enough to be surrounded by beautiful mountains. Hiking and skiing are two of my favourite things to do and it was all on my doorstep.
Mountains are where I go to find stillness and clarity. Standing on top and looking down, you realise how little you are in this big beautiful world. Nothing else matters in those moments.
However, my main reason for using 'Alpine' is for my grandfather - Leslie Riddell. He was the most amazing man. A hardworking, community man. He opened the first grocery store in Queenstown, and he called it Alpine Supermarket. I have always wanted to incorporate 'Alpine' for him. He was truly one of the greatest and kindest.
- Align - Helping people feel more comfortable and pain free is something that gives me drive. If someone arrives sore and stiff, I want them to leave feeling better and more aligned, not just physically but mentally and emotionally.
We all need some relief and muscle tension can cause us to feel much more stressed. Relieving that is truly a pleasure.
